Hello! My name is Leyla Bonju, and I am passionate about learning, teaching, and helping people grow. I am 39 years old, hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, and have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in international companies. My responsibilities have also included HSE – Learning and Development. I am a certified MBTI practitioner, a CIPD Associate, and hold a Level 5 Diploma in HR Management. I am currently expanding my expertise as an ISO 45001 implementer.
Throughout my life, I have been deeply committed to learning. Books, audiobooks, trainings, workshops, I absorb new knowledge every day, whether I am working, walking, or doing household chores. Learning for me is not just a profession; it is a passion and, honestly, a bit of an obsession. I cannot go a day without discovering something new and sharing that knowledge with others.
I am the author of a book on Zoroastrianism and actively share insights through my blog. I love exploring a wide range of topics, from ancient history to industrial psychology, coaching, and personal development. I enjoy audits, analysis, and making knowledge practical and actionable. For me, learning must be applied: you understand it, stand up, and put it into practice.
I am grateful to my friends and professional colleagues who consult me, provide materials for creating trainings, ensure the quality of the content, and give me feedback. Their support allows me to create courses that reflect my belief that education and knowledge should be accessible to everyone, not only to those who can afford expensive trainings, schools, and universities.
This passion led me to create my own online academy. My mission is to provide practical, accessible, and concise knowledge that people can learn and apply alongside their daily routines. These are not just superficial courses you can find online. They are designed to give real understanding, practical tools, and the ability to revisit topics in depth whenever needed. I believe that learning should be clear, engaging, and efficient.
