Hello and welcome!
My name is Leyla Bonju, founder of LEBON Academy, HSE Learning Architect, and passionate advocate of practical education that drives real change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and HSE Learning & Development in international companies. I am a CIPD Associate, certified MBTI practitioner, and currently expanding my expertise as an ISO 45001 Implementer. My professional journey has always been built around one core value learning must be practical and lead to measurable results.
I have always believed that education should not be a privilege. It must be accessible, actionable, and meaningful. That belief inspired me to create my online academy, where I design micro-learning AI-based HSE programs that help organizations meet real business needs, not just “complete a training”.
Because companies today don’t need just training. They need to:
✅ Achieve ISO 45001 certification
✅ Reduce workplace incidents and accidents
✅ Meet client and contractor HSE requirements (especially in construction and oil & gas)
✅ Pass audits without penalties
✅ Train employees and subcontractors quickly and efficiently
✅ Audit mental safety condition of employees
That is why every course I design is built on clarity, efficiency, and implementation. Knowledge is only valuable when it transforms behavior and delivers results.
🎯 Who I work with
I provide HSE learning solutions for companies that operate in high-risk industries and require strong safety culture and compliance.
We primarily serve:
A) Construction companies
B) Oil & Gas / Energy sector
C) Manufacturing and industrial organizations
D) Logistics and warehouse operations
E) Service contractors
F) Subcontractors on large industrial projects
G) International companies that require HSE training in English
✨ My Mission
To deliver smart, fast, and practical HSE education that helps companies protect people, comply with standards, and grow responsibly without wasting time on outdated 5-day trainings or theoretical content that nobody applies.
Learning should be simple. powerful. transformative.
And it should always lead to action.
Warm regards,
Leyla Bonju
